As you will see from the pictures, cooking it in a tall coffee mug results in a long log type bread which I cut into 6 pieces to make mini breakfast sandwiches. Keep in mind that this keto bread takes on the shape of the container that you cook it in. If you have concerns, try this small microwaveable container that’s really close to the same size. I’ve never had an issue with using this container in the microwave, probably because of the really short cook time. I use a tall coffee mug to make round bread for mini breakfast sandwiches and a plastic sandwich container when making sandwich bread. You’ll need a coffee mug or small flat, microwave safe dish to cook this in the microwave.
